At Kinderland Vietnam, every celebration is a meaningful opportunity for children to learn about love, appreciation, and the importance of family. This International Women’s Day on March 8, our little learners across all four Kinderland campuses came together to celebrate the special women who fill their lives with care and kindness.

A mother happily received a thoughtful International Women’s Day gift from her child.
Through engaging stories and gentle classroom conversations, children were introduced to the meaning behind this day. In their own simple and heartfelt way, they began to understand how mothers, grandmothers, and other important women play such a loving role in their daily lives. As the day approached, a sense of excitement and joy filled the classrooms, with children eagerly preparing surprises for their loved ones.
To make the celebration truly special, the children took part in a variety of hands-on creative activities. With careful little hands and bright smiles, they arranged beautiful flower bouquets as gifts for their mothers. They also created colourful handmade cards, decorating them with drawings, stickers, and sweet messages straight from the heart. One of the most delightful moments was when the children explored their creativity by making flowers from fresh fruits and vegetables, turning simple materials into imaginative works of art.

A particularly meaningful highlight was the father-and-child activity, where children and their dads worked together to plant small succulent plants. These living gifts were later presented to their mothers, symbolizing love that grows and lasts over time.

The celebration became even more memorable when mothers were invited to join their children at school. The campuses were filled with laughter and warmth as children proudly presented their handmade gifts and flowers. There were gentle hugs, happy smiles, and tender words shared—small gestures that carried big emotions. Many mothers were deeply touched by these sincere expressions of love.

More than just a celebration, this special day helped our children take their first steps in learning how to express gratitude and appreciation. It was a beautiful reminder that even the smallest acts of love, when shared from the heart, can bring families closer together.
