On 12 and 13 May, Kinderland Preschool @ Vista Verde welcomed parents & guardians of our Kindergarten One (K1) and Kindergarten Two (K2) children. This event was a vibrant celebration marking the culmination of the Term 3 project, “Connecting Around the World”.
Families had a wonderful opportunity to experience their children’s learning journey through a series of interactive cultural activities and children’s showcase.

Teachers, parent, and the child captured memorable moments together at the children’s product showcase.
Throughout the event, children proudly shared what they had learnt about different countries through music, dance, arts, cuisine, language, and coding. Parents joined their children in exploring various learning stations, understanding how hands-on experiences bridge different cultures.

Our K1 children performed Trepak dance, a traditional Russian dance, earning enthusiastic cheers and applause from the parents.
A key highlight was the cultural performance segment, where children showcased international songs, dances, and collaborative activities that reflected the diversity of cultures they had explored during the school term. Families also enjoyed hands-on cooking experiences inspired by global cuisine, allowing parents and children to learn and create together.

Following the Hawaiian flower necklace craft, the child happily joined her mother in a hands-on hamburger-making activity.
A variety of creative displays, including multicultural artwork, demonstrated children’s imagination and understanding of global connections. Children confidently presented their work and celebrated their achievements with their families.

A grandfather and his grandchild enjoyed a meaningful bonding experience as they worked together to create their own Picasso-inspired masterpiece.
Featuring Kinderland’s bilingual programme, parents observed how it supports language development through songs, storytelling, and role-play activities in both English and Vietnamese. Additionally, the children showcased their coding skills by guiding robots across a world map, combining technology with cultural exploration.

Parents were delighted to discover the artwork and projects their children had created throughout the term.
This was a joyful celebration of learning, creativity, and family engagement. More importantly, it highlighted Kinderland’s commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, global awareness, and strong partnerships between home and school.
