Childhood learning is most meaningful when they can extend classroom themes into real-life experiences through hands-on exploration. At Kinderland, each semester’s field trips are thoughtfully designed to complement our learning themes, allowing children to explore, experience, and deepen their understanding of the world around them.

Following the first semester theme of the 2025-2026 school year, Things Around Me & Community Helpers, our pre-nursery children enjoyed an exciting visit to the vibrant Ezoo.  Concurrently, our nursery and kindergarten children immersed themselves in the dynamic career world of Vietopia. Each journey offered unique experiences and created unforgettable memories.

Our teachers and children from Kinderland International Preschool @ Tan Dinh are thrilled to discover all the activities at Ezoo.

Our little ones at Kinderland International Preschool @ Tran Nao carefully fed the guinea pigs.

At Ezoo, teachers patiently guided the children to observe and recognise   different animals. Using colours, shapes, sounds and movements, every discovery became a lively lesson. These observations, though simple, help build the foundation for positive learning experiences, allowing children to accept new knowledge in an enjoyable way. More importantly, the children gradually developed a love for animals. As they learn to care for living creatures around them, they also learn to value life and express their emotions with empathy.

Our little one from Kinderland International Preschool @ Le Thi Rieng was excited to discover a new and adorable animal friend.

Meanwhile, at Vietopia, our nursery and kindergarten children stepped into a bustling little city, eagerly dressing up and taking on a wide range of exciting roles. They could be doctors caring for patients, brave firefighters responding to emergencies, scientists making discoveries or cheerful broadcasters delivering the news. Each themed space told a different story, helping the children understand how the community works in a vibrant and engaging way.

The little ones at Kinderland International Preschool @ Vista Verde played superheroes defeating harmful germs.

The children discovered that every job, whether done by their parents or others, has its own purpose and value. As they stepped into a new role, they learned to cooperate, communicate and follow instructions. These experiences help nurture confidence and independence, preparing them for future learning journeys.

Though the two field trips offered different experiences, both opened doors for the children to explore the real world beyond the classroom. Real–life experiences enrich learning in ways textbooks cannot replicate. Every image, sound and interaction becomes a meaningful and memorable lesson.
