In the wake of the ongoing epidemic of the acute respiratory infection caused by the new strain of Coronavirus, Kinderland International Preschool at Vietnam has heightened our preventive measures to protect the health of our students, parents, teachers and staff.
Since the news of the virus outbreak and with order from the ministry to close all schools, our teachers have been diligently performing precautionary measures. We routinely have temperature screenings, hand sanitization and keeping a record of any visitors upon entry to our school. Travel declarations of our staff, children and parents were recorded as well, during the school’s TET closure. Information on COVID-19 and measurement to be taken had also been shared and communicated with our parents and children. These useful information can help to keep them safe and vigilant during this critical period.
Additionally, we have also bolstered the already-frequent disinfection procedures in our preschool. While our children are now home for the closure, our staff have been working hard to sterilize and sanitize the school environment as well as all toys and equipment that our children use, on top of preparing teaching learning materials and the classroom environment.
Teachers and staff also undergo stringent briefing on the protocols on safety and hygiene that they should adhere to. This enables them to keep themselves safe and vigilant and in the pink of health to welcome our children back.
Combating the COVID-19 is a community engagement and Kinderland International Preschool @ Vista Verde is proud to be sharing best practice and information with our staff, parents and children.
